The autumn menu is served as 6, 8 or 11 courses. One direction, fixed. A sequence built to be experienced as a whole. The ingredients are Nordic, selected for what they bring, not where they’re from. Some dishes are stripped down to the essential, others more layered. But nothing is there by chance. It’s built to hold together.

We've taken great care in crafting a space that is warm, welcoming, and elegant, with soft velvet chairs and sofas, warm colors, and lovely lighting to set the mood for a well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared gastronomic experience beyond the ordinary.

Our very own Michael competed in the global finals of World Class by Diageo – the world’s most prestigious bartending competition – and placed top 10 in the world. The finals took place in Toronto and brought together the best bartenders from over 50 countries. World Class is not just about technical skill, but about flavour, feeling, and creating an experience in the glass. Reaching the top tier is proof that Michael doesn’t just mix exceptional cocktails – he tells stories, balances contrasts, and redefines the classics.

Both menus are built around Nordic ingredients, guided by bold ideas, thoughtful techniques and precision in every detail. Because a shared experience doesn’t have to mean a uniform one.
